James West
James' mission is to help business owners and leaders maximize their business results. His focus is on a company's operational aspects, making them as effective and efficient as possible. James has over 25 years of professional experience in product development, sales, marketing, distribution, customer service, client management, and underwriting. Through this experience he has developed a keen ability to evaluate a business by asking effective questions and then create solutions to improve the overall operations of the company and to increase the bottom line. James is also an adjunct instructor at a local university where he teaches business-related courses.
James is a self-proclaimed hobbyist who spends countless hours designing and building his creations that include simple crafts, furniture, room remodels, and kids' playhouses.
When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children, Addison and Lincoln.

Wade Anderson
Wade is passionate about working with companies and their leaders to help identify higher rates of return. While his expertise lies in the financial component of business, Wade has a well-rounded background overseeing all departments of business, including sales, operations, human resources, and finance. Wade began his professional career becoming a Certified Public Accountant and working in the audit department of Deloitte & Touche. There he worked with many middle market companies, evaluating their quarterly and annual financial results through historical trend and root cause analysis. After eight years in public accounting, Wade held executive positions for two companies, including the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company President. Wade helped these companies incorporate new controls and processes, create budgets and forecasts, perform cash flow analysis and optimization, and establish new organizational and departmental structures, which ultimately led to millions of dollars of improvement to the companies' bottom lines. He also led the companies through multiple acquisitions and served as the point person for the owners of one company when it was sold to a private equity firm.
Outside of work, Wade is a sports enthusiast. He was a head high school football and baseball coach for ten years, leading teams to two state titles, two state runner-ups, and many other playoff appearances. Now retired from coaching, he loves watching and attending sporting events with his wife, Michelle, and their three children, Caden, Colin, and Claire.
